Abstract: With the rapid development of government digital initiatives, for human beings, it becomes more and more popular to improve the price regulation with the employment of information technologies. When the system's workflow design and requirements become clearer, the use of information technologies can provide a better and more comprehensive understanding of data acquisition, standardization, and modeling. What's more, as for practical applications, the system can forecast future commodity price trends and alert the unfair pricing practices, which will benefit the price regulation in the end.
