Design and Research of Interactive Online Video Teaching System Based on Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities

Abstract: With the rapid development of information technology and the widespread popularity of new media, ideological and political education in colleges and universities is facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities. Among them, the traditional mode of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is mainly based on classroom teaching, which has a tendency of "one-way indoctrination", which leads to the disconnection between theoretical internalization and practical transformation, and it is difficult to meet the diversified learning needs and personalized growth path of contemporary college students. In this regard, based on the actual application needs of colleges and universities, this paper will deeply explore the application feasibility of intelligent media technology in educational practice, and put forward a new design scheme of interactive online video teaching system to promote the digital transformation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Practice has proved that the system adopts B/S architecture design and WebRTC technology to realize audio and video communication and data sharing between students and teachers, which makes it possible to build an interactive online video teaching system, thus providing a new solution for ideological and political education in colleges and universities and a more vivid, intuitive and interactive teaching means and platform for ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
