Abstract: Artificial Intelligence (AI) has revolutionized supply chain management, especially in demand forecasting, enabling organizations to optimize inventory, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.This study explores how AI-driven models, mainly the Prophet forecasting tool, enhance demand forecasting accuracy and improve operational efficiency.By examining real historical demand data, this paper evaluates the performance of the Prophet AI-based model, highlights its main benefits, and addresses its challenges.Results suggest that the Prophet model can effectively handle market fluctuations and shifts in consumer needs, offering practical insights for supply chain experts.
