Abstract: This study analyzes the influence of workload perception on the quality of work life of employees. This study obtained 85 respondents. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of workload perception on the quality of work life of employees. In this study, researchers hope to get new aspects or findings in the quality of work life that can also be controlled by the company so as not to harm the company. Researchers use quantitative methods and SPSS 25 to conduct statistical tests in order to obtain conclusions in determining which dependent variables will affect the independent variables in the study. The sampling technique used in this study is probability sampling. The results of this study indicate that workload perception has a negative and significant effect on the quality of work life of employees.
