Abstract: This research aims to examine the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in enhancing digital entrepreneurship through proposing a model for developing the management of business organizations in the digital environment. The research reviews the most significant AI techniques utilized in the digital business environment, with a focus on their impact in improving digital transformation decision-making, fostering innovation, and enhancing utilization efficiency. The research problem centers on how AI techniques can be employed to promote digital entrepreneurship and the extent to which they contribute to improving the management of business organizations, with specific reference to a group of private Iraqi banks in Baghdad. A questionnaire was used to gather the opinions of a sample comprising 98 specialists from the private banking sector.The results revealed the impact of artificial intelligence on digital entrepreneurship, and manual labor was identified in the research areas.
