Abstract: Design plays a crucial role in the creation of accessible systems, directly impacting user experience and interaction with technology. This study aims to explore how inclusive design principles influence digital system accessibility, while identifying challenges and opportunities in this field. The methodology combines a literature review with case studies that highlight the experiences of users with various disabilities, such as deafness and color blindness. The findings demonstrate that the application of accessible design practices, including captions, adequate contrast, and keyboard navigation, enhances inclusion and significantly improves usability for all users. However, barriers such as lack of awareness and investment in accessibility still hinder the widespread adoption of these practices. It is concluded that integrating accessible design principles from the initial stages of system development can not only promote a more inclusive society but also offer competitive advantages to organizations that adopt these practices.
