Abstract: This clinical case reports on a 65-year-old woman with a previous history of facial basal cell carcinoma (BCC), initially treated with surgery, and after recurrence, with surgery and radiotherapy. Nine years later, a tooth extraction was performed in the same site where she had previously received radiation therapy, leading to the development of osteoradionecrosis (ORN).
