Abstract: In view of the traditional water seal detection method cannot be intuitive and simple control and detection of the problem, MCGS configuration software as a tool to design an efficient and reliable water seal detection system, the design of the system includes two parts: first, in order to provide the equipment with enough pressure of water and hydraulic system design: The second is the configuration design of the upper computer software of the water seal detection system and monitoring system combined with the MCGS configuration software. The developed system has the characteristics of high accuracy, high sensitivity and high efficiency, which can collect and process on-site data, and provide users with a variety of engineering schemes such as animation display, alarm processing and process control, and can realize real-time monitoring and early warning of sealing status, effectively reduce the failure rate and maintenance cost of mechanical equipment, and has a broad application prospect. It provides new technical support for the future maintenance and maintenance of mechanical equipment.
