Abstract: Pregnancy and childbirth are relatively vulnerable periods in the life cycle of women. Implementing continuous care throughout the entire pregnancy and childbirth period can enhance the continuity and integrity of this cycle, improve safety and satisfaction for pregnant women, and reduce anxiety during pregnancy and childbirth. This paper aims to address the issue of continuous care for pregnant women, using the ISM model as theoretical support. Through Boolean logic operations, a hierarchical topology diagram is obtained, which further intuitively demonstrates users' needs for the application of continuous care. Based on core user needs, a continuous care application for pregnant women has been designed to address the current issues faced by pregnant women, promoting the development of "Internet + Healthcare." This approach opens up more possibilities for establishing a continuous care service system centered around pregnant women, linking hospitals, families, and communities.
