Abstract: With the continuous development of zinc salt production technology, it is essential to improve the zinc salt production plant, which is an important industrial facility. Real-time monitoring of the production process is crucial. Therefore, a control system for the zinc salt production plant based on PCS1800 has been designed. First, combining the process characteristics and data requirements of the zinc salt production plant, a real-time database structure and data acquisition plan for the plant were designed to ensure timely collection and storage of key parameters. Secondly, the real-time database of PCS1800 was established, and the control program was designed according to the production process of zinc salt. Finally, a configuration interface was constructed to visually display the real-time information of the PCS1800 production plant, facilitating real-time monitoring and timely alarms for abnormal conditions. The system has achieved good results in operation.
