Innovation Mechanisms for Smart Manufacturing Process Management Under Dual-Carbon Goals

Year: 2025
Type: conference-paper
Abstract: At present, the research on Intelligent Manufacturing in academia mostly focuses on single point technological innovation such as digital twin and industrial Internet of things, but ignores the three major contradictions of systematic transformation of production management under the goal of double carbon, namely, "intelligent upgrade trap[1]", "insufficient carbon footprint tracking[1]" and "carbon leakage and conflict[3]". This study breaks through the traditional technology oriented research paradigm, based on the three-dimensional analysis framework of "technology organization system" of dynamic capability theory[4], selects Haier, Ningde times and other cases from 235 intelligent factories announced by the Ministry of industry and information technology in January 2025, and carries out in-depth analysis through AI tools such as deepseek R1 and Gemma 3. It reveals the deep coupling law between process carbon tracking algorithm and production scheduling system, and proposes a new analysis framework of "technology resource organization market policy" based on the carbon flow hologram mapping model of block chain. It is found that the innovation efficiency of intelligent manufacturing process management depends not only on the advancement of digital technology, but also on the cultivation of carbon sensitivity by organizational learning mechanism, as well as the compensation effect of policy kits on market mechanism and technological innovation externalities. These conclusions provide a theoretical basis for cracking the "intelligent upgrading trap" and contribute to the low-carbon transformation of global manufacturing industry.
