Abstract: Building projects take a key position and perform a significant function in China's social economy. In the past years, the scales of building projects are rapidly enlarged and their bidding market develops vigorously. The bid evaluation stage is the center of whole bidding process.Traditional supervision practices have failed to respond to today's new requirements of regulations, and new techniques are needed to strengthen supervision. Using big data as a strategic point to innovate supervision practice is one of them. With the extensive use of electronic bidding since recent decades, which forms numerous amounts of data at the procurement stage, big data is now endowed with high degree of data foundations.The development of research on the application of big data to construct early warning function in evaluation supervision has considerable significance for realizing scientific, accurate and effective intelligent evaluation supervision in construction projects.
