Abstract: In order to satisfy intelligent production of prefabricated building components, a production data management system is designed in this paper, which uses Django, Python and MySQL to improve production efficiency and product quality. The architecture of the system is divided into the fourth layer architecture of presentation layer, logic layer, data access layer and infrastructure layer, where the former is the user interaction layer and the latter three are the upper business processing layer, storage access layer and support layer respectively.Its core subsystems include information management, intelligent analysis and early alert, information display and system maintenance, which can provide a complete solution for informatization management, intelligent control of production line, early warning decision and judgment, ensuring the normal operation of prefabricated building enterprise. The development of this kind of integrated production information control platform will promote smart production in the construction industry.
