Abstract: In tobacco production, loose moisture regain is not only crucial for the taste and quality of the product but also plays a crucial role in production efficiency and cost control. As the main equipment for achieving moisture regain, the operation status of the loose moisture regain machine affects the effectiveness of the loose moisture regain process and the final quality of tobacco products. This article is based on the method of feature analysis to quickly diagnose the factors that may cause abnormal results of loose moisture to regain machines, which is beneficial for stable quality control.
