Abstract: In this paper, a novel bipolar intuitionistic fuzzy hyper soft set is defined and it is a hybrid model combining a bipolar intuitionistic fuzzy set with a hyper soft set. Some important basic operations such as union, intersection, complement, subset, equality, conjunction (AND), and disjunction (OR) are formally defined along with illustrative examples and their corresponding theorems. Additionally, De Morgan’s laws are examined within this framework. This approach provides a solid foundation for applications in complex, uncertain environments where traditional models are limited.
