Abstract: This article aims to address teacher training and how the PIBID program is intertwined in this training, seeking to understand how this training process occurs, evaluating aspects of the way in which student learning is treated, in addition to understanding the teaching program in more depth. professional development during graduation. Emphasizing that consideration must always be given to the best way of teaching and transmitting pedagogical knowledge. This work was developed through research and data collection that was collected through the analysis of scientific articles that addressed this subject, the method of procedure used was a bibliographic review. The reality of the training context of higher education leads us to seek to understand more and more how this process occurs, which led researchers to research how students are trained during the training process and how PIBID contributes in this sense. Thus becoming a subject of great importance in the professional and educational field.
