Research on the application of environmentally friendly printing and dyeing for the preparation of structural color patterns by screen printing

Abstract: As a color phenomenon caused by microstructure, structural color is environmentally friendly and colorful, which helps to overcome the environmental problems caused by traditional dyes and has a wide application prospect in textile preparation. The screen printing method is simple, practical and low-cost, which provides a simple and efficient way for the preparation of structural color patterns to promote the expansion and application of structural color patterns in the textile field and environmental printing and dyeing. This paper is based on the screen printing method in the textile substrate, by analyzing the structure color printing pattern characterization results and color depth of printing fabric data, the preparation of structure color pattern of textile substrate is more suitable for dark fabric, the structure color concentration should be diluted to 50% when the most environmental protection, the best effect, and the use of carbon black and agent obviously improve the effect of structure color and stability.
