Next-Generation Monitoring and Automation: AI-Enabled System Administration for Smart Data Centers
Year: 2025
Type: preprint
Abstract: With the growing complexity of modern data centers and the increasing demand for efficient resource utilization, energy management, and system reliability, traditional system administration methods are proving insufficient. This paper explores the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in revolutionizing data center management through intelligent monitoring and automation. By leveraging AI-based predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and real-time decision-making capabilities, this research proposes a novel AI-enabled system administration framework designed to optimize resource allocation, improve fault tolerance, and enhance operational efficiency. The study demonstrates how AI algorithms can facilitate proactive problem-solving and automation in managing smart data centers, ultimately reducing human intervention and optimizing overall system performance. Through simulations and real-world case studies, we showcase the effectiveness of the proposed system, offering significant contributions to the field of intelligent data center management.
