O Lesson Study na Formação de Futuros Professores: uma aproximação com a perspectiva do trabalho como princípio educativo

Abstract: This exploratory research aimed to analyze the use of Lesson Study as training proccess with a group of Mathematics undergraduate students from the Federal Institute of Education, Science, and Technology of Brasília (IFB), approaching it with the perspective of Work as an Educational Principle. The field research, which took place in 2024, was carried out based on the offering of the Teaching Practice III curricular component of the aforementioned course, and included a sample of 15 students. The instruments used were conversation circles and forms. The results showed evidence of improvement in the classes held, as well as validation of the dynamics. In addition, the involvement of undergraduate students in the search for planning and improving classes with a focus on achieving better student learning results is close to what is expected of work as an educational principle, especially because they dedicate themselves to productive work to improve what they produce, while developing their identities as teachers.
