Abstract: With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, its application in the field of education is becoming increasingly widespread. This paper conducts research on the design of university Chinese teaching system based on artificial intelligence in traditional university Chinese teaching problems such as single teaching model and difficult to meet students' personalized needs. By building a system architecture that includes functional modules such as intelligent teaching, personalized learning, and intelligent evaluation, and using natural language processing, machine learning and other technologies, we can realize the intelligence and personalization of university Chinese teaching. The experimental results show that the system can effectively improve students' learning enthusiasm and learning effectiveness, providing new ideas and methods for university Chinese language teaching reform.
