Abstract: Aiming at the synchronization problem of fractional time-varying perturbation systems, an improved WRBF neural network was proposed based on the wavelet function and radial basis function (RBF). Then, the adaptive controller and updated law are derived based on the WRBF network. It is used to approximate functions and adjust the corresponding parameters in the controller. Based on Lyapunov and Barbalat stability theory, the synchronization of a fractional system with time-varying perturbation is proved effectively.
