Woodhouse, et al. 2024. “The Contrasting Roles of Aquatic Fungi and Oomycetes in the Degradation and Transformation of Polymeric Organic Matter.” Limnology and Oceanography 64: 2662–2678. https://doi.org/10.1002/lno.11242. In Table 1, the MH3670091 and MH367090 should be replaced as follows: MH3670091 (wrong) → MH394640 (correct) and MH367090 (wrong) → MH253588 (correct). Also, in Table 1, MH367058 (correct for strain RT7), MH367063 (correct for strain RT12), and MH367064 (correct for strain RT14) have been mistakenly assigned to F962-15, O962-13, and O962-14 as well. Here are the correct accessions: for strain F962-15: MH367058 (wrong) → MK911000 (correct)/for strain O962-13: MH367063 (wrong) → MK910998 (correct)/for strain O962-14: MH367064 (wrong) → MH253592 (correct). We need to mention that these accession numbers are in the manuscript just as a reference for the strains used in the study. No morphological and/or phylogenetic analysis has been done on these accession numbers in this manuscript. Therefore, this change will not impact the manuscript at all. The errors do not affect any results or conclusions drawn in the original paper. We apologize for this error.
