Abstract: This paper, by means of literature review and case analysis, deeply analyzes the connotations, values, development and practical paths of educational points in the physical education discipline.It proposes to thoroughly excavate the ideological and political elements in physical education teaching, construct the teaching model of "instructing, practicing frequently, and competing regularly" in physical education teaching, and innovate teaching methods in physical education as development paths.The aim is to provide new perspectives and ideas for the development of physical education theory, and promote the development of physical education and the allround growth of students.
