Abstract: Under the national strategic background of "Healthy China 2030," health education for college students has become a crucial issue in higher education.This study constructs a systematic theoretical framework to explore innovative approaches to college students' health education.The paper first examines the intrinsic connection between the Healthy China strategy and health education, analyzes current challenges, and proposes multidimensional educational innovation pathways from a theoretical perspective, along with evaluation and guarantee mechanisms.By integrating policy orientation, educational theory, practical cases, and empirical research findings, this study provides theoretical foundations and practical guidance for the reform of health education in universities, ultimately aiming to cultivate a new generation of college students with comprehensive health literacy.The research highlights the importance of reconstructing curriculum systems, innovating teaching methods, building collaborative mechanisms, creating supportive environments, and implementing stratified education strategies.The proposed multidimensional assessment system and long-term mechanism offer institutional guarantees for the sustainable development of health education in universities.
