Abstract: The main goal of this project is to develop and build a robotic gripper that can pick up and move delicate things with great care and precision. The 3-DOF (Degree of Freedom) robotic arm is meant to make it easier to move parts around when putting together an articulated manipulator that can pick up and move things. The system includes a Bluetooth-controlled pick-and-place robotic arm with a servo-driven WPVC (Wood Plastic Composite) arm that is both light and strong. The servo motor and the robotic arm.Handling fragile objects by using robotic gripper systems demands accurate control, suitable material selection, and flexible grasping mechanisms to avoid damage while executing tasks. The design and manufacture of a robotic gripper specifically built to manipulate fragile goods such as glassware, electronics, or biological samples. The suggested design has soft gripping surfaces, controlled actuation, and force feedback systems to make sure that handling is safe and reliable. This study is all about designing, modeling, and making a robotic gripper that is specifically made to pick up and move delicate things with great accuracy and little chance of injury. The suggested gripper design uses compliant mechanisms, soft-touch contact surfaces, and controlled actuation systems to equally distribute gripping force and change shape to fit different objects. This research helps make robots safer for people and paves the way for future work on fragile things. The results show that the proposed design is a good way to handle fragile items in areas including laboratory automation, precision manufacturing, and consumer electronics. This work helps make robots that are safe for people and offers up new possibilities for the future of soft materials, such as how to handle fragile objects in robotics.
