Reflexões sobre a importância do professor pesquisador e as metodologias ativas no estágio docente em Geografia

Abstract: This article aims to emphasize the importance of the classroom as a space for action research and development of geographic literacy through the use of active methodologies. We start from a qualitative approach, based on bibliographic reviews and experience reports of actions carried out in the Teaching Internship in Geography, through the Teacher Training Program of the State University of Paraíba (UEPB). We highlight the need for research in teaching practice and the development of didactic-pedagogical activities that stimulate the active action of students, reflecting on the concepts, challenges and the importance of building new pedagogical approaches that effectively contribute to the teaching-learning process.
