Type: article
Abstract: During 2020, there was an evident increase in the SARS-CoV-2 virus that caused the COVID-19 disease. This forced the educational sector to adopt measures to prevent the spread of the virus through virtual classes, thus making teaching virtual; However, the closure of institutes, universities and schools, added to the implementation of the teaching modality, led to a delay in learning for students. In this understanding, the use of Waldorf pedagogy has served as a learning method when returning to school, this has been adapted and adjusted to the abilities of the students, allowing them to relate their environment with what they have learned. The objective of this study was to determine the effect of using Waldorf pedagogy as a learning method after the pandemic. Through consultation of academic literature, it was concluded that Waldorf pedagogy is a creative educational method that benefits several disciplines and adapts to any generation. It requires trained and updated teachers, and promotes social justice. It has advantages and opportunities, but also challenges and contradictions with technology and the post-pandemic educational transformation.
