Abstract: Based on my participation in the Round table “From Critiques of Sciences to the Recognition of Diversity and the Appreciation of Difference: What is the Role of Biology Teaching?” at the VI Regional Meeting on Biology Teaching of Regional 4 (MG, GO, TO, and Brasília), held at the Federal University of Triângulo Mineiro (UFTM), this text proposes to activate maps in an attempt to mark the territorial layers that produce ways of understanding genders and sexualities with/in Biology Education, as well as to involve ourselves in the contexts of struggles and strategies for the insurgency of other maps not opposed to difference. We will outline bets on the production of other cartographies as strategies of tensions and resistances against the denial of genders and sexualities in the possibilities for life. We create two movements that involve: mapping the lines of constitution of the territories of Biology Education; and recording exercises of a minor education that challenge Biology teachers to problematize the machinery of production of regulations and activate a careful listening to the echoes and vibrations of insurgencies inaugurated by the lines. We intend to instigate the urgency of deep dives into the minutiae of the territories, encouraging the discovery of inventive solutions and ammunition of warrior repertoires.
