Abstract: This article studies the processes of digitalization of the quality management system at industrial enterprises by developing and implementing specialized digital tools designed to manage quality at various stages of the product life cycle. The developed digital toolkit is a set of integrated services and software modules that provide automation and optimization of key quality control and management processes. As part of the study, a structural model of digital tools is proposed, a list of necessary digital tools is detailed, and their significance is justified to increase the efficiency of enterprises in the context of digital transformation.
