Abstract: The article systematizes and analyzes models for the development of human resources in rural areas. Based on the study of regulatory documents of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia, international recommendations and relevant scientific research, an integrative model was proposed that combines key elements of state regulation, corporate participation, educational initiatives and digital transformation to ensure sustainable development of rural areas. Practical significance - recommendations for regional universities, research institutes, agricultural holdings and governing bodies.
