Formalization of parameters and dependencies of competitiveness of public catering enterprises in the context of digitalization

Abstract: Abstact: The article is devoted to the development of a rationale for the main directions of meaningful scientific research in the field of formation of digital transformation parameters that affect the competitiveness of catering enterprises, as well as determining their priority for subsequent simulation analysis. To solve the research problem, an analysis of key publications in this field was carried out, which made it possible to group parameters according to a functional feature characteristic of the conditions of the organization of business processes in the industry. The logical dependencies of the interaction of parameters and their impact on the target function – the competitiveness of the enterprise, including the negative type of impact, are revealed. The formalization of the dependencies made it possible to develop a cognitive impact map, as well as to rank the parameters by degree of importance, which can become the basis for a set of empirical studies of the imitation type. Thus, the complex synergetic effect that digitalization has on the competitiveness of catering enterprises has been confirmed.
