Abstract: The article reveals the psychological foundations of personnel compliance system formation in dental practice through the integration of managerial, person-centered, and ecofacilitative approaches. It is established that personnel compliance is a multidimensional psychological characteristic encompassing phenomenological (active coordinated behavior while maintaining professional autonomy), structural-dynamic (self-regulatory cycles combined with collective development processes), and functional (specific professional actions with measurable outcomes) dimensions. Three approaches to compliance formation are analyzed: managerial (system of policies and procedures), person-centered (development of psychological competence through knowledge, operational, motivational and personal components, formation of professional identity), and ecofacilitative (support of natural self-organization processes). Comparative analysis revealed the complementary nature of the approaches and their synergy potential. An integrative model with the ecofacilitative approach as system-forming is substantiated, implemented through a system of "double loops" and work in the "buffer zone of development" – a transformation space between old and new organizational forms. Four implementation stages are presented: structural launch, organizational initialization, competence development, and institutionalization. The roles of different personnel categories and specifics of dental specializations are defined. It is shown that the integration of approaches ensures a balance between activity regulation and space for professional initiative, transforming formal norm adherence into an internally motivated culture of responsible interaction.
