Abstract: This study examines the work-life balance (WLB) challenges faced by female teaching professionals in management colleges, highlighting the unique pressures they encounter in balancing professional responsibilities with personal and family obligations. The research aims to identify factors influencing WLB, including workload, institutional support, societal expectations, and personal coping mechanisms.A mixedmethods approach was employed, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews with female faculty members from various management colleges. The findings reveal that long working hours, administrative duties, and research expectations significantly impact their ability to maintain a healthy balance.Additionally, societal and familial roles, particularly for those with caregiving responsibilities, exacerbate stress and time constraints. The study underscores the lack of adequate institutional policies, such as flexible working hours or childcare support, Patha Rajitha, Sumathi N
