Abstract: ABSTRACT We report six complete genome sequences of Agarivorans sp. isolated from Zostera marin a’s root endosphere and rhizoplane. The genomes will facilitate future studies investigating the role of these putative nitrogen-fixing bacteria in supporting seagrass growth and metabolism.
