Abstract: This personal report summarizes the key experiences and insights gained from attending the 2025 International Symposium organized by the World Federation of Acupuncture-Moxibustion Societies (WFAS) and the Acupuncture Science Association of Sweden (ASAS), held in Stockholm. The event brought together international experts to explore recent advances in acupuncture research, clinical applications, education, and global integration. Despite notable challenges—including issues with AI-assisted real-time translation and significant scheduling delays that impacted, among others, Gerhard Litscher’s keynote lecture—the symposium delivered valuable scientific content. To address accessibility concerns, Prof. Litscher’s keynote presentation is provided alongside this report. The congress emphasized ongoing efforts to strengthen evidence-based acupuncture practice and promote international collaboration, while also highlighting current achievements and areas requiring further development.
