Postorgasmic Side Effects of Tadalafil: A Case Report

Abstract: We present a case of postorgasmic side effects related to the use of tadalafil 2.5 mg tablet. The patient developed symptoms like dizziness, palpitations, headache, and anxiety within minutes of ejaculation whenever he used tadalafil. Discontinuation of the drug led to complete resolution of all symptoms.
