Abstract: Small businesses often face challenges in managing inventory due to lack of affordable and easy-to-use software solutions.To address this, Stockease is developed as a simple web-based inventory management system using Python Flask and SQLite.The system provides basic CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) operations for stock items, enabling businesses to add, view, update, and delete inventory records efficiently.SQLite is used as the lightweight backend database, and Flask serves as the web framework for routing and user interface handling.The prototype demonstrates how small-scale businesses can digitize their stock management process without requiring expensive tools.Results show that the system is user-friendly, scalable for small shops, and adaptable for future integration with advanced features such as billing and sales analysis.
