The Implementation of the R-matrix Method Using Numerical Hartree-fock Orbitals

Abstract: Presented version of the software package implementing R matrix approach working with numerical atomic orbitals obtained by the Hartree-Fock method. The package is based on a previously published package that uses an analytical representation of atomic orbitals. Test calculations of photoionization of the neon atom are given.
