Unveiling the Complexity: A Rare Case of Subarachnoid Hemorrhage Caused by a Ruptured Distal Anterior Communicating Artery Aneurysm and Its Surgical and Anesthetic Management

Year: 2025
Type: article
Study design: Case Report
Abstract: Distal anterior communicating artery aneurysms require complex surgical exposure, often necessitating extensive dissection or frontal lobe manipulation, increasing neurological risks. When endovascular therapy is unfeasible, ruptured distal anterior communicating artery aneurysms require meticulous microsurgical clipping and coordinated anesthetic care to optimize outcomes.
