Social Justice in Financial Law

Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: The article examines the problems of social justice in the context of financial law, including the relationship between the concept of justice and the evolution of the concept of “finance”. Based on the analysis of approaches to the definition of justice and finance, the essence of social justice as a principle of financial law is presented. It is established that in the process of resource allocation, regulated mainly by the norms of budget and tax law, the principle of social justice is not fully implemented, forming the basis for subsequent public and scientific discussions. The revealed contradictions in the application of the principle of social justice in financial law indicate the need for additional theoretical study of the practical implementation of the principle of social justice with an emphasis on its integration into the mechanisms of digital transformation of the financial system.
