Abstract: The article examines the main administrative and legal mechanisms for ensuring the financial security of the state. The concept of financial security and its place in the national security system of Ukraine are defined. It is established that in conditions of martial law, economic turbulence and hybrid threats, the issue of administrative and legal regulation of financial security becomes particularly relevant. In modern conditions, when Ukraine is under the influence of numerous external and internal threats, the effective functioning of the financial system becomes a necessary condition for preserving state sovereignty, political stability and socio-economic development. The concept of financial security is studied as a state of protection of the financial system, business entities and citizens from internal and external threats, which ensures economic stability, effective functioning of financial institutions, timely fulfillment of financial obligations, effective use of resources and creation of conditions for socio-economic development. The category of "administrative and legal mechanism" is considered as a set of legal means, procedures and organizational measures implemented by public authorities to protect the financial interests of the state, prevent and neutralize threats to the financial system and ensure the stability of public finances. The main elements of the administrative and legal mechanism are highlighted: the regulatory framework, public administration bodies, methods and forms of regulation, control procedures and support resources. It is shown that the complex functioning of these elements ensures the stability of the financial system and the implementation of the strategic goals of the financial security of the state.
