The proposed solutions include improving legislation, tightening liability for gender-motivated crimes and expanding legal protection for vulnerable groups of women. Particular attention is paid to the need to improve the skills of law enforcement officers and create specialized units to deal with crimes against women. Measures to improve access to legal and social assistance, including expanding the network of crisis centers and developing social rehabilitation programs, are also considered. Considerable attention is paid to the need to combat gender stereotypes and increase women's legal awareness.
