Abstract: Smart glass technology is transforming modern architecture by enhancing energy efficiency, indoors comfort, and sustainability. In this research, its applications, benefits, and limitations are explored together while examining efficient strategies for marketing smart glass projects. Using a mixed-method approach that comprises theoretical analysis, case studies, and comparative evaluation, the research analyzes different types of smart glass and their impact on energy use, daylight control, and environmental performance. As the demand for sustainable building materials and climate-responsive design grows, understanding how to implement and present such technologies has become increasingly important. The findings indicate that smart glass reduces energy loads significantly by maximizing heat gain and natural daylight and hence proves to be very effective in hot and dry climates. However, production costs are high, and transition speed is slow, which is an impediment to its widespread usage. In addition, optimum practices for demonstrating smart glass projects have been identified through the study, such as interactive simulation, live demonstration, and computer visualization software. Unlike previous studies that focus solely on performance, this research also addresses how smart glass can be effectively communicated and adopted in real-world architectural contexts. While certain technical and economic challenges remain—particularly regarding cost-efficiency and integration with smart systems, this study contributes to a better understanding of both the practical use and the presentation of smart glass in sustainable architecture.
