Abstract: Red palm oil (RPO) possesses therapeutic properties due to its high antioxidant potential and can serve as a natural treatment for various diseases, including cardiovascular diseases, chronic illnesses, skin issues and diabetes. While existing research has largely focused on the commercialization and application potential of RPO in specific sectors, this review aims to highlight its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-cancer properties, and to outline potential strategies for utilizing RPO to improve men’s health in the future. We analyzed the physiological therapeutic roles of RPO, emphasizing its use as a natural therapeutic agent, particularly in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, chronic conditions, myocardial infarction, and hyperthyroidism. Additionally, we focused on the antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-cancer effects of RPO. The review concludes that further research is needed to explore RPO’s physiological and pharmacological roles, especially as an antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-cancer agent, to better understand the pharmacological mechanisms underlying disease inhibition.
