Abstract: The features of the use of these technologies in the educational process aimed at developing motor skills, improving coordination and motivation of students are analyzed. The effects of increasing the interest of students through interactive feedback and immersion in training conditions with imitation of the real environment are highlighted.The effects of increasing student interest due to interactive feedback and immersion in training conditions with imitation of the real environment are highlighted. The prospects for using AR/VR in the educational process and in the training system for novice athletes are outlined. The role of digital technologies in the formation of a new educational paradigm focused on adaptability, accessibility and personalized learning is emphasized.
