Abstract: This paper offers a comprehensive analysis of the concepts of delimitation, demarcation, redemarcation and rectification, clarifying how definitions and demarcations relate to the larger exploring how they relate to the broader principles of territorial integrity and state sovereignty. It examines the national legal framework governing the complex procedures of delimitation and demarcation in the Republic of Armenia, highlighting the regulations that shape these processes. Additionally, the paper explores the current context of Armenia's border delimitation and demarcation, shedding light on the challenges and key considerations involved in this ongoing effort.
