A study of students' attitudes towards mentoring: survey results. Part 1

Abstract: An analysis of the survey materials of KSTU students and cadets of the BFFSA on their attitude to mentoring was carried out, and appropriate conclusions were drawn. The conducted research allows us to assess the understanding of the concept of mentoring and the attitude towards it among university students. The results of this study can help teachers, supervisors, and mentors in higher education institutions form the most effective relationships with mentors in order to maximize their abilities and develop their potential, as well as provide support and assistance.
