Program-activity component of the pedagogical system for developing professional responsibility of future officers of the Russian Guard

Abstract: The article considers the problem of developing professional responsibility of future officers of the Russian National Guard as an important component of professional training in modern conditions. Particular attention is paid to the structure of professional responsibility, including motivational- value, cognitive, emotional-volitional and reflexive-prognostic components. The need to introduce a program-activity component into the pedagogical system is substantiated, which ensures the consolidation of knowledge and the formation of practical skills through the active participation of cadets in educational and professional activities. The program for developing professional responsibility is presented as a three- stage process: motivational-guiding, basic and practice-oriented stages, each of which is aimed at the consistent development of professionally responsible behavior and value orientations in future officers. The importance of a systemic and comprehensive approach to pedagogical support for training law enforcement personnel in the context of modern challenges is emphasized.
