Abstract: A, Jurkat-NFAT-luc cells and NCI-H929 cells were incubated with series diluted antibodies for 4 hours. Relative luminescence units (RLU) were measured and plotted against antibodies concentrations. B, Human T-cells were mixed with NCI-H929 cells at an effect to target ratio (E:T) of 4:1. Series diluted antibodies were incubated with cells for 24 hours. Cell lysis percentages were measured and plotted against antibodies concentrations. C, Jurkat-NFAT-luc cells were incubated with series diluted antibodies for 4 hours. Relative luminescence units (RLU) were measured and plotted against antibodies concentrations.
