Abstract: Ever concluded that fractal fluctuations exhibit quantum-like chaos. Then provided a configurative description of a repeating unit [from gather (unit) to transform (emergent unit)] of four conservation laws & forces in the fractal organization of nature. To prove that the Fibonacci sequence is performed through Laplacian matrix normalization, which the techno-econophysics realm assumed as financial innovation.
